Welcome to Ishbilia Compound helpdesk system, ishbilia compound “your home away from home” is bonded to resolve your maintenance, housekeeping and other related issues in a quick time before you even feel it. You can raise your work orders with our IOS app, monitor the status and make your comment, rate it and feedback about it.
After you raise your work order our maintenance team analyzes the problem and will assign the technician or team depending upon the problem. If you allow us to access your villa in your absence please check box for “villa access is allowed” also you can mention your contact number in order to contact you if required.
Once your work order is completed you can see all your word orders in my work order section and you can rate the work order and feed us back your views.
For the security of your account we have provided the option to change your password you can change your password often as to avoid any anonymous use by clicking change password button.
We have our download section where you can download different kind of forms and information about current fitness programs, events, various security forms an announcement
You can register to our internal events from our event registration section and enjoy our various events for the teens for the adults and for the kids.
For the comments and feedback section you can use our feedback button and submit your feedback, suggestion or comment and we will monitor and take required action.
